The D-406-0001 DuraSeal connector from TE Connectivity Raychem is a heat-shrinkable connector specifically designed for thin wires with a cross-section of 0.5–1.0 mm² (22–18 AWG). Its highly insulating and waterproof heat-shrink tubing ensures a durable, watertight electrical connection capable of withstanding even extreme conditions.
The high-quality heat-shrink tubing—flame-retardant, permanently flexible, and highly insulating— combined with the unique material composition, provides a reliable connection with visual inspection possible through the transparent insulation.
