Select the correct size for terminal and disconnect connections, strip the wire 6.5 mm (1/4 inch).
Clamp using the AD-1522 crimp tool for pre-insulated crimp connections.
Heat the terminal or disconnect with a heat gun until the tubing shrinks and the adhesive flows. Avoid heating the ring or fork of metal parts.
For the proper installation of these devices, the correct crimp tool and the heating instrument with reflector attachment must be used. The AD-1522 crimp tool and the HL1920E/HL2020E heating instruments are recommended. Please refer to the TE installation procedure RPIP-684-00 for detailed instructions.
